Ross PowerFounder, AI Powered
I started my career at Accenture in 2016 and left corporate in 2020 to build my own businesses. Since then I've been through startup life, and for the last two years I've been building with AI and training people to use it, through the AI Powered programmes, keynotes for corporate and HR audiences, and one-to-one work with founders and experts.
The AI-Powered Business is the work I enjoy most. It combines the strategy and mentoring side of what I do with the building side, and it means I get to see an expert's knowledge turn into a real business, with an offer people understand, a steady flow of the right clients, and a product that carries their method further than they could on their own.
AI can replace your job. But it can't replace you. This is about building everything around the part that can't be replaced.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from hiring an agency?
An agency builds what you ask for. Here we work out what you should be building first, and then build it. You get one-to-one consulting on the offer and the business alongside the build, and you're trained to run everything yourself at the end rather than relying on us indefinitely.
How is this different from your one-to-one consulting?
One-to-one consulting gives you the strategy, guidance and training to build things yourself. The AI-Powered Business includes all of that, with the build done for you as well. It's the right choice when your time is better spent with clients than learning web development and CRM configuration.
What if I already have a website or CRM?
We start with what you have. If your existing CRM or tools work for you, we build around them and connect them properly. If your website needs replacing, we'll say so and explain why.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You need to know your subject and be willing to make decisions. Everything technical is handled for you, and when we hand things over we train you in plain language, with Claude as your assistant for updates.
Is there a fixed programme I follow?
No. Everyone arrives at a different stage and with a different level of clarity, so we adapt to what your business needs. We have frameworks and methodologies for every part of the build, and we pull on the ones you need when you need them.
Why a 6-month journey with a 3-month minimum?
Six months gives us time to shape the offer, build the infrastructure, get it in front of real people and learn from what comes back. You'll see work moving from the first session, but a shorter engagement tends to end just as the useful learning starts. The minimum commitment is three months, so if it isn't working for either of us, we can stop there.
Who owns the work?
You do. Every account, domain, website and piece of code is set up in your name from the start.
What happens when the journey ends?
You can take everything and run it yourself, carry on with us to keep building, or move to lighter ongoing support where I keep the systems running while you run the business.
What does it cost?
Every business needs something different built, so we scope the investment together on the discovery call, once I understand where you are and where you want to take it. Whatever we agree stays fixed for the whole journey. Software subscriptions such as your CRM, email, hosting and AI tools are paid directly by you at cost, so you're never paying a markup.
