Spend without a clear return
Nobody can clearly connect the spend to outcomes. The dashboards show tokens and licences, and the board wants to see returns.
Enterprise · Future Leaders
The Future AI Leaders Program is an internal accelerator for large organisations. We identify your strongest rising AI talent, train them to genuine mastery through a proven six-level framework, and turn them into the leaders who bring everyone else with them.
The problem
Companies are spending more on AI than ever, and most leadership teams are quietly aware of two uncomfortable truths.
Nobody can clearly connect the spend to outcomes. The dashboards show tokens and licences, and the board wants to see returns.
A significant part of the workforce doesn't want this to work, and that resistance is harder to say out loud in the room.
In many large organisations, people in their twenties and early thirties (the group that was supposed to be AI-native) are pushing back hardest, because they're being told AI threatens their jobs, craft and creativity.
Another tools rollout doesn't land. Watching a peer they respect do the best work of their career with AI: that changes minds.

The insight
I've watched organisations approach this the same way for two years: buy the licences, run a webinar, hope adoption follows. It doesn't, because adoption was never really about the tools.
The organisations getting extraordinary returns all share one thing: a small group who crossed from using AI to operating with it, and who pull everyone around them forward.
Every organisation asks how to make everyone a super user. The answer is to find the people with the highest potential and the most hunger, then accelerate them first.
Deliberately bring in some of the resisters. The people most worried about AI are often the ones with the most to gain from leading it.
That is what this program does. It treats AI adoption as what it actually is: leadership development, with an entrepreneurial engine inside it.
The program
The program runs as an internal accelerator over roughly ninety days, built around a selected cohort of 12 to 30 rising leaders.
Phase 01
We start with an AI adoption diagnostic across your organisation: where the spend is going, who is actually using what, where the resistance sits and why. You get a clear picture of your starting point. Most leadership teams have never seen one.
Phase 02
Together we find your future AI leaders through nomination and a structured scorecard: the rising talent, the quietly curious, and yes, some of the resisters, because the people most worried about AI are often the ones with the most to gain from leading it.
Phase 03
The cohort goes through the six-week core program built on the 6 Cs, our AI Adoption Framework (Context, Customize, Create, Connect, Code, Command), refined across multiple cohorts and backed by over a hundred and twenty testimonials. It takes people from a blank chat box to commanding systems that run without them. Every session follows the same rhythm: reflect first, learn the concept, then build something real, because confidence comes from doing, not watching.
Phase 04
Each leader ships a real project for your business: an internal tool, an automated workflow, a live dashboard. The program pays for itself in artifacts before it's even finished, and your executives see returns they can point to.
Phase 05
Your new leaders take it to their teams, running sessions, telling the story, having the resistance conversations peer-to-peer, where they actually land. This is the multiplier: one cohort becomes an organisation-wide movement, led from inside.
Phase 06
We embed the operating rhythm, measure the movement in adoption and return, and prepare the next cohort. Your organisation ends the program with its own engine for AI capability, not a dependency on outside trainers.

If your challenge is that your people have the tools and aren't using them, or don't want to, this was built for you.
Typically 200 people and upwards, where scale makes uneven adoption expensive.
Licences and tools are in place, but usage is patchy and hard to defend.
Boards want outcomes, not another dashboard of tokens and seats.
Top-down push has stalled. Peer-led proof is what actually lands.

Why us
My career started at Accenture, where I ran an innovation zone and delivered design thinking and innovation programs inside large organisations. I was building entrepreneurial capability in corporates before I ever became an entrepreneur myself. Then I spent six years in the startup world, building businesses, working in scale-ups, and eventually founding AI Powered, where I've now run cohort after cohort of business owners through a structured AI accelerator (over a hundred and twenty testimonials and counting) and delivered programs inside companies internationally.
That combination is the point. Most AI training is delivered by people who understand the technology but have never navigated a large organisation, or by consultancies that understand the organisation but teach from slides. I run this program as someone who is technical enough to take your best people to the frontier, and who has spent a career learning how real people in real organisations actually change. The entrepreneurial mindset your board keeps asking for is something I've lived, and it can be built in-house.
Outcomes
By the end of the first cycle, you leave with capability that compounds.
A trained cohort operating at a level fewer than 1% of AI users reach.
A portfolio of real tools, workflows and dashboards with measurable returns.
Adoption, spend and sentiment mapped across the organisation, with movement you can track.
The part that compounds: AI capability that doesn't depend on us being in the room.
The resistance story changes too, because it's no longer leadership telling people AI matters. It's their own colleagues showing them what it makes possible.

This is a conversation about whether an internal accelerator is right for your organisation, not a checkout. We start with where you actually are, then design the cohort together.
